Fling Joystick on iPad
An iPad can perform all sorts of things; it is an amazing device where gaming is the most highlighting one. But because of the lack of an effective input controller other than the multi-touch display, it has been uninteresting to some game lovers. Gaming on the iPad using your fingers is a great difficulty, particularly if you have used any gaming controllers before. But here is good news!
One of the more lackluster things we saw at the CES 2011 this year (but no less awesome) is the Fling Game Controller from Ten One Design. The bare-bones device is actually just a well-designed piece of resin sporting two suction cups to hold it in place and an analog joystick for your thumb. To use it, all you have to do is take it out of the nifty micro-fiber carrying case, place it on top of any iPad game where a virtual joystick or up-down-left-right control is, and you’re ready to play. The clear material seems to keep your view fairly uninhibited when in use.

Once again, Eton has read our minds and brought us yet another useful mobile gadget: the Mobius solar charging case. Like the company’s other electronics, the Mobius is equipped with a monocrystal solar panel that gathers the sun’s energy and turns it into juice for your iPhone. With a battery built into the case, this clever gizmo increases your iPhone‘s talk and play time by a factor of 2, even when there isn’t a single solar ray to be seen. We’re also digging the fact that this case doesn’t turn your iPhone into a brick!
